Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data retention

Your data is retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 5 years for legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the AZ Khonnect Client Portal and the provision of IT services by AZ Khonnect to registered clients.

2. Services

Service requests submitted through the portal are subject to review and acceptance by AZ Khonnect. A formal proposal with pricing will be provided before any work commences. No obligation arises from submitting a request.

3. Proposals & Pricing

All proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is exclusive of VAT (21%) unless explicitly indicated. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business information exchanged through the portal and during the course of service delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables become the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. AZ Khonnect retains the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary tools.

6. Liability

AZ Khonnect's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to termination date will be invoiced.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

9. Amendments

AZ Khonnect reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.
